TEAK WOOD is a special type of timber wood, of a natural light brown color, but there is also a naturally black teak wood. It is resistant to humidity, cold and heat, it is very easy to maintain and is ideal for making ships, yachts, boats, etc. An occasional coating with teak oil is recommended. Besides floors, the MONTENEGRO WELLNESS program offers the construction of yacht and boat decks, as well as garden furniture. MONTENEGRO WELLNESS Ltd. manufactures and installs raster teak wood floors which are done in elements on sub-constructions. The surfaces to be walked-upon are slightly rounded and the tiles are fastened with PU glue, which is waterproof, while everything is then joined with stainless steel screws. After it has been set, the floor is covered with a coat of teak oil.

MAHOGANY is an exotic precious wood. If expertly processed, it can last for centuries. The color of mahogany ranges from a yellowish to a dark red color. It is very heavy and hard and very difficult to split, and due to its firs-class characteristics it belongs among the most expensive types of wood. MONTENEGRO WELLNESS Ltd. uses mahogany in the production of furniture, floors, yachts, boats, etc.
